The event began promptly at 5:00 AM, with Fr. Vipin D'Souza delivering the welcome address. His warm introduction set the tone for the morning, as he extended a heartfelt welcome to the distinguished Yogacharya Mrs. Pallavi Dayal and trainer Ms. Bhavya. Fr. Her words were both educational and inspiring laying a strong foundation for the practical session that was to follow.
As the dawn broke and the first light of day illuminated the grounds, Mrs. Pallavi led the group through a series of yoga postures and breathing exercises. The session was meticulously designed to cater to both beginners and those with some experience in yoga. Mrs. Pallavi’s clear instructions and gentle guidance helped everyone follow along seamlessly. The participants, including the director, administrator, additional administrator, all departmental incharges, staff nurses, medical and non-medical staff, and students, engaged enthusiastically, creating a serene and unified atmosphere.

By 6:15 AM, the session came to a close. The participants gathered for a brief concluding ceremony where tokens of love and appreciation were presented to Mrs. Pallavi Dayal and Ms. Bhavya.
